Oohhh.  You've got my attention.  I don't know flash, but this might be a
good opportunity for me to push to have them get me trained on it (or at
least give me time and the tools to do it).  Can you share more details (of
how flash works without opening a browser).  See, many times students are
using the word processor, spreadsheet, power point or something else, and
are not on the web.
