Have a look at the terms on the Allaire Tag Gallery
(http://www.allaire.com/developer/gallery/)
There are a set of terms that you have to agree to before you download the
free tags.  It won't all be valid for your single tag, but at least it'll
give you a good starting point.

Also, if you want it to hold up legally, then you are gonna have to spend
some money and get a solicitor/lawyer/legal-person to look it over.
