Steven, I'm building one now which should be available in a week or two (tidying up loose ends at this point). There's a lite version thats free and available now, but its very lite.

I'm not the only game in town, by any means. Look for content mgmt systems. Thats the genre you're asking about, although it covers a pretty wide range of products/prices.
