If the economy were a little better I might tell you to find a new employer. FYI - Last I heard, Microsoft is the single largest customer for Allaire/MM Homesite licenses. Maybe he can tell you why they aren't all using FrontPage over there at Micro$oft? Also, if he wanted to compare apples to apples, Frontpage is much closer to DreamWeaver than to CF... A layout/editor, not an application server... And DreamWeaver still kicks Frontpage's butt at that. -Cameron -------------------- Cameron Childress elliptIQ Inc. p.770.460.1035.232 f.770.460.0963 -- http://www.neighborware.com America's Leading Community Network Software > -----Original Message----- > From: Justin Hansen [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2001 5:40 PM > To: CF-Talk > Subject: "Why aren't there more CF programmers out there?" > > > A higher up said "If ColdFusion was so easy to learn why aren't there more > CF programmers out there?" > > So what do I tell him? > > How many CF Developers are there? > How many sites use CF? > > Is there a Macromedia rep in the house? > > He thinks FrontPage is the way to go.... > > Let the games begin! > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
