David: As far as I know, the routing of the money is done by Verisign, so you don't have control over that. Once you setup your bank account in the Verisign Manager, that's where the funds go when Verisign captures the credit card number and gets the funds.
What we do here (we also have several departments that use one PayFlow Pro) is we get the money in a central bank account and then we route them to the departments according to information we store about each transaction.
