You are probably talking about CFExpress, not CF SIngle User. The single user version is just that, a full featured version but only for one user. You get this when you purchase Studio 5 (and maybe Ultradev+Studio, not 100% sure). CF Express was a completely free version of the server. There is no 5.0 version.
