why not initialize everything (all pages, all languages) into structure(s) based on language (firstpage.thai.content, firstpage.french.content, etc.) & simply serve these out per request (auto read locking turned on to save some coding). one long lock during the init. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
