The DynAPI definitely architecture definitely is much more flexible than 
Hiermenus. Though the learning curve is steep, because it is so sparsely 
documented.

Sounds like a dumb decision on webreference.com's part to me. Must to 
somebody who doesn't have a clue running the operation over there now. 
Probably followed by the inevitable exodus of the programmers who 
actually wrote Heirmenus, which means it will die soon anyway  :)
