I failed to say that he did not sell me Cold Fusion.  I took my
purchased copy of CF to him.  He used my disk, which is a full
version.

During the many times that I tried to get the program to work by
re-installing everything I never accidentally installed the eval copy.
I would hate to think that this was done to me as some type of
joke.  It was a live and learn experience.
