Music CD runs are in the tens or hundreds of thousands so they behave like hard goods not IP. Pro Software is in the thousands. We produce almost as needed and keep no inventory. > :hmm: That makes it sound like there is someone sitting somewhere with a >CD Burner who will burn a CD each time someone wants to buy ColdFusion. Not exactly, but there are not MM warehouses filled with boxes waiting to go out either. We do just-in-time production like all the other large software producers. _________________________________________________________ Matt Brown Community Manager Macromedia (650) 481-4525 [EMAIL PROTECTED] FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
