You can add the second directory in CF Administrator, but I think you do 
need to restart the service for the change to take effect. You used to 
change the custom tags directory by changing a setting in the registry. 
Perhaps if you changed this setting you would have the same effect. I'm not
 
sure if that required restarting the service to take effect. It does assume
 
that you're using windows.
