I don't think so without a serious hack, i.e. hard-coding all of the entity
values for every possible non-standard character, and then doing a search
and replace on them. The only two solutions I can think of are:
a) Cut and paste into WordPad to remove 90% of the junk, then cut and paste
from WordPad into the browser field.
b) Get HTML Tidy ... it's free!

HTML Tidy is so darn useful, and has extensions that focus specifically on
MS Word junk. Outside of that, we're stuck in a Microsoft World right now,
so we just have to suck it up and do the best we can!
