Ouch! I wasn't aware of that myself.

If you're using CF 5, you should be able to restore those mappings using the
"Tools" section of the CF Administrator. CF 5 tracks all changes to CF Admin
settings, and gives you the ability to see what was changed. I think you can
also rollback changes on an individual basis.
