Are you saying, then, that you cannot directly access the Services control panel applet to just stop/restart CF? You can't run a batch file that has this in it, either?

But if you have no admin access you'll have to ask someone who does to perform this for you. The error message you mentioned (NT Location 26, right? Could be cuased by any number of things. Often its some bad code causing CF to freak out.
