It is incredibly easy to reverse a charge. If you call a cc company and tell them that the charge trying to be reveresed is something you say you didn't buy, they will reverse the charge with almost no questions (not speaking from experience...but from info from bankers). The deal is that cc companies don't care and don't want to deal with the huge battle that could come from getting entangled between the merchant and the customer.
