If you do get a judgment in your favor but they still fail to pay, check the
rules in your area. In some cases it's just a matter of a short waiting
period before you can file papers to have the Sheriff begin seizing
property. I've not had reason to do it for business issues but that worked
to get the attention of the scoundrel on a real estate matter for me once.
