Yup. Played this game in the state of California on a couple of hundred small claims
cases (a past life in another industry). Just be patient and know the system. You
don't even have to know what the property is. The court has a way of forcing that out
of the defendant in rather deliciously painful fashion (or skip the property seizure
thing and freeze their bank acct: my personal favorite).
