I have applications that deliver content in a time sensitive manner. We store times in our database in UTC (GMT). Whenever a country changes from or to standard time I catch a lot of grief because release times have to be manually updated. Anybody know of a tool, CF or otherwise, that can help me solve the problem of update the UTC stored based on some sort of location parameter.
