For that traffic level I recommend UBBThreads, instead - but any of the PHP
systems are great, cheap, and easy to implement...

I was using UBB on a fairly busy site (now 5k members and 300k posts) and
the 6.0 version was a tremendous resource hog. I moved to phpBB and never
looked back... AND I think UBB is too expensive, especially now.
