They are pretty light. Make sure you look at both the "Developing ColdFusion MX Applications" and the "CFML Reference". They both have information.
Ben Forta's advanced book has information on CFX C++ (at least the 4.0 version did ). I'd be surprised if the WROX Professional CF book doesn't have it.
