Yeah, it's GONE ... And apparently the folks at Macromedia didn't actually ever use Studio because the only @macromedia.com address to reply stated:

Yeah, it's called RDS and it was a basic feature in the application you're "rolling into" Dreamweaver. I'll go ahead and request the "New Feature".
