Maybe you can understand having to save money so you can pay rent and eat. > - Upgrade your skills: CFUN-02 really is cheap when you consider what > we have there. ColdFusion courses (2-Day) start around $1200. The > scope of people we have coming to this conference represent all that > is the internet today - starting with ColdFusion, but really goes > beyond that. JAVAONE in SanFran will run you around > $2000 after travel, fees and hotel, and the FlashForward > is over $2000 !! -- really, $200 is not much. OK, now this isn't even a fair comparison. If you are going to argue that JAVAONE costs over $2000 including travel and hotel, maybe you should include travel and hotel in your cost figure for CFUN-2. You should probably also calculate expenses per day, since I believe that JAVAONE lasts longer. It probably also has a larger number of lectures per day so you can choose lectures based on your needs rather than on what's available. So you should again calculate on the number of lectures supported at JAVAONE. I mean, I'm planning to go to CFUN-2 (now that my contracting is finally starting to pay off and I have the spare cash), but if you are going to present arguments about why I should go, at least make them accurate. -- If you hate the interface, blame Kevin. ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
