We'll have evaluation CDs soon, so if you can't d/l it, you can request one of those. 
It usually takes a few weeks from release to get those going. To request an eval CD,

It also comes on the CD for Dreamweaver MX (Win). That'll be in the boxed version, and 
if you buy online, you'll want to select the option of getting the CD sent to you.
