I am building a site which needs to be skinnable. I am trying to determine the best way to store and include the sites textual content. The textual content I am referring to would be all over the site.
My question is wether it is more efficient to store the various textual content in text files which are dynamically included or to store it in a DB and have it read in when needed. What do YOU thinK?
