As per Macromedia's site (http://www.macromedia.com/v1/conference/):
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Fees
Prior to August 27, 2002 - $895
After August 27, 2002 - $1,050
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Is it just me? or is the cost to enter this conference outrageous?

How does macromedia expect freelancers and developers, in this time layoffs and
reductions, to afford the cost of this conference?
