Deny. This is used to be AOL's practice, but this wreaked havoc and caused thousands of complaints. Now, you get an IP for a session and maintain that IP address for as long as you are connected. Once you log off and log back in, you are given a new IP address -- there is no "lease life" as many DHCP hosts set up (where you keep that IP address for a certain number of days/weeks).
