Actually we've re-written the soXML tag into a toolkit of 10 tags.  These
also allow XSL Transformations, however the XSL stylesheet can be
pre-compiled and cached.  This allows the style sheet to be re-used without
re-parsing.  The XMLTransform tag also allows parameters to be passed into
the stylesheet.

Tom and I are working hard on this next version of the toolkit.  At present
we're just finishing the debugging phase, and the documentation.  We'll post
a message to this list when it's publish, hopfully *VERY* soon, so that we
can get your feedback.
