[cf-xml] Necessary skills?

Hi everyone,   My name is Bob Irving, and I'm doing research for some curriculum development for Cold Fusion and XML.  What I am trying to find out is this -- what skills do developers using CF and XML require to do what you're doing?  If I could even be more specific, I would say what particular skills do you need?  I don't mean general skills (like "HTML"), but what are the top 5 things that you need to be able to do with these tools?  I hope that's clear!   If this is OT, I would be glad to take it off-list.   Thanks in advance, Bob Irving Ottawa, Ontario
