Are there any tools (especially cheap or free ones) that I can use to validate an XML file against its DTD and specify where problems, if any, exist? Actually, for what I'm doing currently, I'd have to validate against an XDR file. The data in the XML file is sensitive and therefore I can't use some of the web sites that say they can do this.
