The update is still in progress, macOS 26.2 ("Tahoe"). Currently it is failing
to boot (yay) mid-update. Taking it home to work on.

I will fix (redo from scratch) the Homebrew setup this week after the OS is
updated.

Regarding manual intervention of moving data around to make space for the
update...

Did not touch; user logged in relatively recently.

I moved some large files to the storage disk as this user has not logged in in
a while.

Same as above.

Same as above.

Did not need to touch any of these.

I needed 27GB free space to do the update. If I moved your files, feel free to
restore them if they are needed.

Everyone else: please move non-important large directories to the storage
volume (symlink in your $HOME called 'STORAGE').

The machine will hopefully be available later this week.

Separately I will also work on cfarm105 and cfarm106 to get those online again.
No promises.
