On a side note, most people who aren't a graphic designer wouldn't get value for their money from Photoshop. I live with a designer and he wouldn't use anything else.
Same goes for Breeze. If you need the extra functionality and can justify it to your business unit, go for it. It wouldn't be priced like that if it wasn't going to save some people a lot of money. If you don't however, go for a cheaper alternative. The price alone shouldn't be the deciding factor.
