I do not require this person to program a fully functional CMS, I require someone to have a look over my shoulder to see if I am doing things the right and proper way. I just want to be able to ask for example "Is there an onRequestEnd.cfm in PHP?", things like that. $1,000 in total Also, possibly future work in it for a free lancer.
