Here's a useful tool when trying to figure out if a given web service is "working". Drop your URL into this tool:
http://xmethods.net/ve2/Tools.po It reports that there is a problem with the data being returned by the web service. An even more elaborate tool is this one: http://www.mindreef.net/tide/scopeit/start.do Of course, you (and others) may have tried dropping the URL you offered into a browser, and indeed it returns some XML that looks like WSDL, but there still seems something amiss. You could also try dropping it into Dreamweaver MX's tool to analyze web services. I've not tried it with your URL (having problems with DWMX on my machine).
