it's not all that sinister..... it's just a matter of time there's no Delphi, Pascal (or Object Pascal), no VB.NET or VBScript, VB6, VBA, no ActionScript, MXML (ok, well that's wishful thinking).
there's a lot of computer languages out there.... as this shows http://www.99-bottles-of-beer.net/ one heartening thing is how vocal the call for CF is.
