You have to specifically allow stuff, by default it is denyed.

As for security, it's only as secure as any PDF document can be, there are
probably tools to hack them.

Have a quick question, about using cfdocument. I have read the docs and
manual for this but it isn't really clear.

So if I was to use this how secure is the document from being edited? I see
there is a permission attribute to allow these permissions, so I am going to
assume by default that a recipient can not edit the PDF.

Can anyone confirm this for me, please?
