Thanks Dale, I thought that would be the case, but the livedocs just are not very clear on the matter.
I realise there would be tools, but there will be 2 copies one for internal use and one sent to a client. We had been using emails and our clients clients had been editing the emails and trying to get away with a bit more than they should have. So for now a PDF will have to do for a short term solution.
