Rony, I know what you are saying, but I don't know why... If you have a mapping then leave it as a sharable mapping across all applications, that was my point. Or hang it off the website root directory they are your only 2 options to achieve what you want to do.
Otherwise, you are going to have to wait until Adobe wake up and fix the bug that they say they can't because CF is dynamic. Sorry, I didn't make myself clear enough when I said you can't do what you want to do and gave you alternatives to your problem.
