Hi Mike Cflocation is all about the headers. Check the http headers being sent to the browser. Compare what you are seeing between the working and non working pages. If your browser does not give you easy access to this, get another cf page to cfhttp the pages and dump the full headers that way. Thats how I solved cflocation issues in the past anyway.
