Hey all, Official lurker, but I do try to keep up on what's going on.
I am curious as to what your thoughts are on standards for commenting in your code. Being self-taught, I am unsure if this is covered in programming 101. However, I have seen a wide range of thoughts, from the formal Name, Date, Purpose, Variable Declaration to the thought that the code should be self-explanatory. Would love any insights you may have.
