I was recommended a commercial program that also allows you to activate and accounts and clear passwords.
This worked, but seems dumb that Vista would allow such a setting. PS: There is no way to reset this via booting off the Vista Disc. Nope, they got rid of this in Vista, and disabled the Administrator account by default. So I have one account on this machine with an expired password and no idea how to change it.
