I just checked and I realised I was actually on Flex Builder 3 Beta 2. So I downloaded and installed Beta 3 and guess what, the install asks you if you want to install the CF extensions, nice. Are you using the plugin for eclipse, if so then you need to use Eclipse 3.1 / 3.2 as Eclipse 3.3 is not supported and it went through a major overall and breaks a lot of older plugins.
