Installed CFEclipse into Flex 3 beta 3 with no problems.

Also installed Flex 3 Beta 3 plugin into Eclipse 3.3 with no problems.

You are right, it's the CF Extensions, not CF Eclipse :(

 

So I just got the Flex CF Wizards, from reading more, it sounds painful.
