Hmmm, Now that makes me wonder I didn't see the cfeclipse when I did an update:-( But oh well creating the remote site enabled me to install it anyway.
Btw still not happy with the interface for Flex 3, it should provide more UI editing and properties than it does. But that is me just being picky I guess. After uninstalling Flex 3 and removing all folders, and reinstalling, it worked fine.
