Do not go for anything below 512 MB. To be honest with you - I wouldn't
even consider going with that, given that the machine is also supposed
to run SQL Server. A reasonable amount of memory for a well-performing
server with SQL Server and CF 8 is 1 GB, rather 2 GB really. It obviously 
also depends on the amount of hits you're getting, how complex the app
is etc.
