I've developed a wiki with ColdBox (Luis Majano and I worked on it
together), that we announced at cf.Objective().

I quite like CB, it's a MVC nice framework, but also comes with a slew of
toolkits you can choose to use at your discretion.

I found it quite an easy learning curve, and the documentation is second to
none in the CF world. (As far as I have seen).

I've not used FB, so I can't comment on that.
