I've developed a wiki with ColdBox (Luis Majano and I worked on it together), that we announced at cf.Objective(). http://www.codexwiki.org/
I quite like CB, it's a MVC nice framework, but also comes with a slew of toolkits you can choose to use at your discretion. I found it quite an easy learning curve, and the documentation is second to none in the CF world. (As far as I have seen). I've not used FB, so I can't comment on that.
