We've come across this a couple of times and we just ended up deleting the contents of the WEB-INF/cfclasses directory and if I recall right, restarting CF. TBH, I don't really understand what's going on, initially I thought it might be something silly like we moved a file and cf used the inode and modified date to determine whether the file changed, but it turns out cf does seem to check the file name. Anyone else have a better idea of what goes on under the hood? I'm curious about this one too.
