Hi All, This is probably not a ColdFusion issue per se, but I was hoping someone may have come across it and might be able to point me in the right direction.
I work remotely and connect to our developer server via a VPN. If I encounter a page with an error, I get the familiar ColdFusion "Error Occurred While Processing Request" page, with the blue background. One of my colleagues works in the office and he only ever sees a white page with the message: Internal Server Error This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log. He is using Windows Vista, and this is happening in both Firefox and IE. A weird thing is I asked him to install curl and hit the page and send me the output, and it contains the ColdFusion output I expected. So I suspect (but can't prove) that something between the server and his browser is intercepting the error and replacing it with this page, but I can't figure out what is doing it (or why). We have tried by-passing all proxy servers in IE and FF options / preferences but that hasn't resolved the issue It's one of those situations where our hosting provider blames the office network setup, and I am not even in the office but expected to know all the answers. :-) If anyone can offer any suggestions I would be greatly appreciative!
