You probably have to uninstall FusionReactor and uninstall and resinstall SeeFusion - SF shows you requests and you can kill any using too much memory. I thought FR could do the same - but it might depend on what version.
You can also see the memory usage on the server using windows system monitor/CFstat on a windows box or top() and similar nix commands in those environments they will at least show you memory spikes and hogs and allow you to stop such processes.
