Hi, I have a cfm page that generates client income statements in a pdf format (anywhere between 10 & 120 statements at a time ) the 90% of the time the statements run fine however occasionally the statement run crashes displaying the following error message ava.io.IOException: Parsing problem occurred during the rendering process of this document. To solve the problem I have my cf hosting company reboot the web server and cold fusion server and then all runs fine however the problem is starting to occur on a more frequent basis. The website is running on cf8 can anyone shed some light on the problem and possible solution. I am making the assumption it is not the code as f it was then the process would crash regardless of having the web server and cf server rebooted Regards
