And as some people have mentioned - CF Builder is actually a nice tool. I switched to it from CF Eclipse about 6 months ago and it caters very well for my requirements.
The extensibility is great as well as its JS integration coming from Aptana. Note: that is not to say that CF Eclipse is bad or anything, it's not. It's a very good tool (1.4 has recently released - haven't tried it) as well.
